Mount Everest, the world’s tallest mountain, has claimed the lives of hundreds of people who attempted its cold death-defying hike. Mountains challenge us to pursue new heights, sometimes at the risk of loosing everything in pursuit of our dreams. On the other hand, while valleys represent our lowest points in life, valleys provide food, shade, and safety. Everyone desires to climb the mountain of success, but after spending much effort scaling its steep sides they finally reach the summit only to discover how lonely the summit can be. In contrast, God promises to be with you in the valley.
Wherever you are in your experience, know that the God of the Overcomer has promised to be right there with you. Don’t give up, and don’t quit, keep climbing and you will win.
