Join me at the Community Praise Church on February 25th at 12:00pm where I will be premiering my latest piano orchestral arrangement entitled “Battle Scars”. This arrangement paints a cinematic picture of three songs that have been an anchor in the African American struggle. Battle Scars begins with the “The Battle Hymn of the Republic”, followed by the “African Negro Anthem”, and ends with a dynamic reminder in the song “We Shall Overcome”.
